Acadiana Faces New Iberia In Regular Season Finale – Game Preview

The following is a game preview of Acadiana at New Iberia, written by the voice of the Acadiana Wreckin’ Rams, James P. Bitterman.

The Acadiana Wreckin' Rams (5-3, 4-1) will wrap up their regular season and district slate at the New Iberia Yellow Jackets (3-6,2-3).

Two weeks ago the Wreckin' Rams started the game very sluggish versus Sam Houston, scoring late in the first half to take a 6-0 lead in to halftime. Whatever the coaches told the players at halftime worked as the Wreckin' Rams returned the second half kickoff for a touchdown on the way to a 21 point third quarter and 34-7 victory.

Week 10's matchup has added importance as the Wreckin' Rams hold out a slim hope of moving in to the top 16 of the power ratings and hosting a first round playoff game.
