The following is a game preview of Acadiana vs Sam Houston, written by the voice of the Acadiana Wreckin’ Rams, James P. Bitterman

The Acadiana Wreckin' Rams (6-0) were in the midst of a 76 yard drive to open the game versus the Comeaux Spartans (3-3), when BOOM! The lights went out. The 20 minute delay did little to slow the Rams as they scored on the opening drive and 7 of 9 drives in the game.

While the Veer Machine was rolling up 478 total yards (418 rushing, 60 passing), the Terrible Turk defense was holding it's sixth opponent to less than 300 yards of total offense.  When the final seconds ticked off, it was Acadiana 49, Comeaux 13.

This week, the Wreckin' Rams travel to Moss Bluff to take on the Sam Houston Broncos (3-3). The Broncos are led by do it all Dustin Jackson. Jackson has has been a chameleon this season, playing quarterback, wide receiver and kicking extra points for the Broncos.

Regardless of opponent, each week the Wreckin' Rams need to play their best. They're currently in a 4 way battle with three other undefeated teams (West Monroe, St. Amant Covington) for the top spot in the power rankings.

The pre game show can be heard starting at 6:02 p.m. with kickoff at 7:00 p.m.  In the Acadiana area, the game can be heard over the air on the am dial at ESPN1420, on the internet at espn1420.com, and on smart phone app RadioPup.
