Baylor Rises to #2 in AP Poll

After two impressive road wins this past week, Baylor has risen to #2 in the latest Associated Press College Basketball Poll.

The Bears won at both Texas Tech and Kansas last week and are just seven points behind #1 Gonzaga, despite having more first place votes (31 to 30).

Duke fell to #3 while unbeaten Auburn is fourth.  Butler is fifth, followed by Kansas, San Diego State, Oregon, Florida State and Kentucky.

The Big Ten has the most teams in the Top 25 with five, but none ranked higher than #15 (Michigan State).  The Big 12 and the Big East each have four ranked teams while the ACC has three.
