Dr. Joseph Savoie Welcomes New Louisiana Football Coach Billy Napier [Video]

University of Louisiana President, Dr. Joseph Savoie, opened up the introductory press conference at the Cajundome today, welcoming new Louisiana head football coach Billy Napier.

Savoie thanked a number of individuals, and had a few funny things to say about the meticulousness of Athletic Director, Dr. Bryan Maggard.
