A former offensive coordinator for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns has found a new home, at a Southland Conference school.


Getting set to enter his 29th-year of coaching, including 15 years at the collegiate level, Edmondson spent the last 8 seasons as the Offensive Cooridnator at Rice.

Prior to his stint at Rice, Edmondson was also previously the wide receivers coach at SMU (2004 to 2007), Auburn (1997-98), Mississippi State (1996), LSU (1991-94) and at Southern Miss (1988-90), while serving as OC and quarterbacks coach at SMU (2002-2003) and Louisiana (1999-2001).
