Former Louisiana Ragin' Cajun basketball player Justin Miller will get to play in the upcoming 2019-2020 college basketball season.

A 6-foot-6 forward, Miller was granted immediate eligibility by the NCAA on Friday, after transferring from Louisiana to Detroit Mercy over the summer.

Miller, who has one year of eligibility remaining at Detroit Mercy, appeared in 97 games with the Cajuns over a three-year period, including 59 games as a starter, while scoring 879 points.

A native of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, Miller averaged nine points and 7.4 rebounds for the Cajuns last season, after scoring eleven points with 5.2 rebounds as a freshman and 7.1 points and 3.7 rebounds as a sophomore.
