The New Orleans Hornets were without Eric Gordon and Chris Kaman, yet still managed to win their 4th straight, defeating the Charlotte Bobcats on the road Monday night by the score of 75-67.

"It wasn't pretty," explained Hornets coach Monty Williams in postgame.

It would be hard to argue with his point of view. The two clubs combined for six made field goals in the third quarter. With only 12:00 left, the game was tied at 47.

The Hornets shot 34% from the field, while the Bobcats took the futility a step further with 30%. The loss marked 17 straight defeats for Charlotte.

Greivis Vasquez scored 20 for New Orleans, while Carl Landry finished with a double-double of 14 points and 12 boards off the bench.

Marco Belinelli chipped in with 13, his 41rst double figures game of the season. Al-Farouq Aminu (pictured left) played a game-high 40 minutes and finished with 6 points and 6 rebounds.

New Orleans will now travel to Memphis for a Wednesday night matchup with the Grizzlies. Tip-off at the FedEx Forum is set for 7:00.
