A number of prep football standouts were in attendance at Cajun Field on Saturday night, to watch the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns.

Louisiana gave them something to watch too; defeating the Liberty Flames, 35-14, to improve to 1-1 on the young season.

Below are just some (certainly not all) of the prep athletes who were at the game:

Mandel Eugene, a linebacker who attends St. Charles High School, was in the stands.

Ahmonte Watkins, a running back who attends Riverside Academy, was in attendance.

Iota running back Luke Doucet was in town for a visit.

Calvary Baptist quarterback Landry Lyddy made the trip to south Louisiana to watch the game.

Lyddy's teammate, receiver Joseph Wilson, made the trip as well.

East Jefferson High school long snapper Chon Ulusan saw the Cajuns win their home opener.

Justin Hollins, a defensive lineman who attends East Iberville High School, was a guest.

Catholic-Baton Rouge defensive end Braelon Hobson was in attendance as well.

East Ascension receiver Novell Chopin got a first-hand look at the Cajuns.

Finally, Woodlawn (Baton Rouge) receiver Caleb Blanchard saw UL defeat Liberty.
