Another day, another weather delay at the College World Series.

Monday it was a delay of more than four hours, and when the skies cleared, it was all Beavers.

Trailing 5-4 in the sixth inning when play was halted, the Beavers outscored Washington 10-0 when play resumed to eliminate the Huskies 14-5 at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, NE.

Play resumed with the bases loaded and two outs and a base on balls tied the game in the sixth inning.

Oregon State put the game away with four runs in the seventh, three scoring on a home run by Kyle Nobach to make the score 9-5.

Tyler Malone homered to jump start a five run eighth inning as clutch hitting put more distance between the two teams.  Oregon State was 7-10 with runners in scoring position and score all but one of their runs with two outs.

Kevin Abel pitched four scoreless innings in relief to get the win for the Beavers, who will play the loser of Mississippi State/North Carolina on Wednesday.

The game between the Bulldogs and Tar Heels was postponed and will be played at 10 am Tuesday.  Following that game, Texas and Florida will meet in an elimination game followed by a winner's bracket game between Arkansas and Texas Tech.
