The NBA Finals begin this Thursday in Oakland as the Golden State Warriors face off with the Cleveland Cavaliers for the fourth consecutive year.

Golden State was the overwhelming favorite to win the title before the season began. They're now in the Finals, and as expected, are a huge favorite.

The Warriors are a -1,000 to win the best-of-seven series at the Westgate Superbook in Las Vegas. Other books have them as low as -900, which is still a huge number.

A better would need to lay down $1,000 at the Westgate Superbook on Golden State in order to win $100.

The spread is the largest at the start of an NBA Finals since 2001, when the Los Angeles Lakers were -1,100 to beat the Philadelphia 76ers.
